Prussia. Wilhelm II "Mansfeld" 3 Mark 1915-A MS68 NGC, Berlin mint, KM539. An astounding example of this popular commemorative issue celebrating the 100th anniversary of the absorbtion of Mansfeld into Prussia. As best we can tell, this is the highest-graded example to come on the market in at least a decade. Beautiful light blue hues along the periphery on both obverse and reverse.
