1982 1C Zinc, Small Date, MS68 Red PCGS. A vibrantly lustrous, frosty Registry coin, tied with four others as the finest at PCGS (6/16). This zinc, Small Date coin displays coppery-red luster with some minor die planchet lumps in the fields -- not unusual for early zinc issues.
