Scarce 1825 BD-2 Quarter Eagle, XF45

1825 $2 1/2 XF45 NGC. BD-2, High R.4. Light green-gold with reflective surfaces and minor marks consistent with the grade. The obverse exhibits slight wear on the highpoints that substantially diminishes the detail. The die was cut shallow, resulting in a worn appearance even with only the slightest actual use or handling. The reverse is slightly sharper, and overall this piece may actually be a full AU.
