1861 3CS PR66 PCGS. CAC. From a nominal mintage of 1,000 pieces, the 1861 proof three cent silver piece is very rare in Premium Gem condition. This strong example displays well-preserved reflective surfaces under vivid shades of navy-blue, lavender, and golden-orange toning. Population: 7 in 66, 5 finer (5/16).
