Laureate, draped, and armored bust of Peter the Great right. Rev. Crowned imperial double eagle facing, with coat-of-arms on breast and crown above, and holding scrolls in beaks and claws. Full, brilliant mint luster with moderate handling marks. An extremely popular commemorative issue.
