Exceptionally Well-Preserved Gem Example

1854 3CS MS65 NGC. CAC. Wheat-gold toning adorns most of this precisely struck and lustrous Gem. An exceptionally preserved first year representative of the conditionally scarce Type Two design. The strike is full except on the middle leaf pair of the branch. Both sides exhibit strong clash marks. Census: 28 in 65, 5 finer (7/13).
