1955 Cent, MS64 Brown
Doubled Die Obverse

1955 1C Doubled Die Obverse, FS-101, MS64 Brown NGC. Olive-brown and bronze-gold hues characterize much of this Choice Brown doubled die obverse cent, although hints of coppery-red color emerge from the protected regions of the fields. Scattered light marks on the high points of the devices are not out of line for the grade. Housed in a prior generation holder.
