Victoria gold 1/2 Sovereign 1887-M MS62 NGC, Melbourne mint, KM9, S-3870A, Marsh-483E (R4). From an original mintage of 54,858 pieces across all the JEB varieties, finding Mint State survivors is a rare and celebrated occasion. Mild wisps in the fields are capping the grade from loftier designations, but do little to detract from the considerate shimmer embellished by dapples of cranberry red tone.Metal: Gold
