MS63 Red and Brown, FS-101
1955 1C Doubled Die Obverse, FS-101, MS63 Red and Brown
PCGS. The open areas and high points are cobalt-blue, while
fire-red illuminates recesses. The coruscating surfaces are free
from detractions. The FS-101 1955 cent is the most famous of all
doubled die varieties, and displays a remarkable spread throughout
the obverse legends.Coin Index Numbers: (Variety PCGS# 37911, Base PCGS# 2826, Greysheet# 310753)
