Description

1863 Three Cent Silver, MS64
Beautifully Toned and Prooflike

1863 3CS MS64 PCGS. CAC. Reflective enough in the fields to be a proof, although weakly struck on the devices, particularly the inner shield. Concentric circles of rainbow toning adorn each side, masking any trivial marks that prevent Gem classification. No excessive die lapping is seen. Population: 28 in 64, 48 finer. CAC: 7 in 64, 33 finer (7/19).
