Description
1820 1C Large Date, N-13, R.1, MS63 Red and Brown PCGS. This lustrous and minimally marked example has more fiery mint Red color than the usual Randall Hoard piece, although olive-gray and steel-blue toning appear sporadically. Shallow strike-throughs (as made) are noted near stars 4 to 6. Our EAC grade MS62.Ex: Dallas Signature (Heritage, 4/2007), lot 172.
