Description

1914 Lincoln Cent, PR67 Brown
Stunning Array of Colors

1914 1C PR67 Brown PCGS. CAC. Rich, medium-brown color is highlighted with a wonderful array of highlights, ranging from seafoam-green to electric-blue to sunrise-yellow to bright-rose. The reverse even adds some light-violet into the mix, a very desirable color on copper coins. Strike is first-rate. The mintage of proof Lincoln cents took a nosedive in 1914, reaching 1,365 from 2,983 the year before, likely due to collector dissatisfaction with Matte Proofs.(Registry values: N1793)
