George V silver "Coronation" Medal 1911 UNC Details (Rim Damage) NGC, Eimer-1921, BHM-4023. 100mm. By Frank Bowcher for Spink & Son. A monumental silver "Coronation" issue in the largest size, a whopping 100mm and weighing in at nearly 500gm. Only a single other example of this coveted size has been offered at public auction in recent decades, at Dix Noonan in 2011. Despite a rim ding noted at 9 o'clock, the piece displays a polished finish and further enhanced with a pervasive iridescence.Metal: Silver
