Description

1929-D 5C MS66 PCGS. A well-defined example of this scarcer D-mint issue that shows an arc of russet and rose toning along the lower obverse periphery and blushes of similar coloration on the reverse. Typical Mint State representatives are usually limited to the MS62 to MS64 range because of striking deficiencies. PCGS has seen merely three finer submissions (5/18).
