1720 Medal Founding of Louisbourg, Bronze, Betts-145 -- Scratch
-- PCGS Genuine. AU Details. 41.2 mm, 32.0 gm. Obverse signed
by I. Le Blanc. The obverse displays a youthful right-facing bust
of Louis XV, dressed in armor and draped. The reverse depicts a
lovely scene of the founding of Louisburg on Cape Breton Island,
Nova Scotia. Lovely chocolate-brown color along with hints of
lavender, gold, and sky-blue create a pleasing appearance. A few
very thin scratches below the portrait pose little if any
