FL IVL CONSTAN-TIVS PERP AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Constantius II right, seen from front / GLORIA-REI-PVBLICAE, Roma seated facing (on left), spear in left hand, and Constantinopolis seated left (on right), scepter in left hand, right foot on prow, jointly holding with their right hands between them shield inscribed with VOT / XX / MVLT / XXX; SMANS in exergue.
