1870-CC $1 OC-1, Low R.4, VF25 PCGS. Osburn-Cushing Die State a/a. Five letters in LIBERTY are clear. The BE in LIBERTY is faint but apparent. An attractive example with orange accents across lightly abraded cream-gray surfaces. The pride of Carson City, the branch facility was constructed in 1863 but did not begin coinage for an additional seven years.(Registry values: N991)
