1868 Seated Liberty Dime, PR66
Well-Preserved and Richly Toned

1868 10C F-104, R.3, PR66 NGC. CAC. The date slopes downward and the S in States is not broken, identifying the F-104 variety. Only 600 proof Seated Liberty dimes were struck in 1868. This spectacular Premium Gem exhibits sharply detailed design elements and deeply reflective fields throughout. The well-preserved surfaces show vivid greenish-gold centers, yielding to cerulean-blue at the rims. Census: 8 in 66 (1 in 66 ), 3 finer. CAC: 4 in 66, None finer (4/16).
