Description

1824 50C Over Various Dates, O-103, R.1, AU55 PCGS. The Guide Book variety described by Overton as a "jumble of recuttings." The margins exhibit a glimpse of peach-gold patina. This half dollar displays more vibrant luster than is customary for the AU55 level. No marks are remotely consequential, and the cheek shows only a trace of wear.
From The Eagle One Collection, Part II.
