Fukien. Kuang-hsü 20 Cents ND (1896-1903) AU Details (Surface Hairlines) PCGS, KM-Y104, L&M-296. Dots in legend variety. Muted surfaces bear seemingly negligible highpoint rub, each scale still articulated on the dragon design.
