Roosevelt dime is tied with seven others as the finest in Full
Bands at PCGS (4/16). Some metal flow lines in the fields and a
thin radial die on the reverse at 5 o'clock indicate a late die
state, but the strike is nonetheless bold. Wisps of tan-gold toning
