Wilhelm II silver Proof "Samoa Conference in Berlin" Medal 1889 PR66 NGC, 27.5gm, 38.5mm, Weber-179d. An incredibly scarce commemorative medal to find struck on this larger, 5 Mark-sized planchet on the occasion of the 1889 conference that averted war between the United States and Germany.
