1913 25C MS65 NGC. Tiny flecks are confined almost exclusively to Liberty's portrait. A couple more appear on the eagle's shield, but none occur in the fields. This clean Gem maintains softly frosted and mostly brilliant surfaces with scattered reddish-gold toning accents. Slightly incomplete on the usual areas.
