Two Leaves, B-1, BB-21
1795 $1 Flowing Hair, Two Leaves, B-1, BB-21, R.2, VG10 NGC.
Bowers-Borckardt Die State I. The high placement of the bust, with
five prominent curls and a thin additional curl, and the two leaves
reverse identify the available BB-21 variety. This well-worn
example retains all major design elements intact and the letters
and date are bold. Some vertical planchet adjustment marks are
evident on the obverse, but the pleasing lavender-gray surfaces
