1795 $1 Draped Bust, Off-Center, B-14, BB-51, R.2 -- Scratches -- NGC Details. Fine. Bowers Die State I. A small cluster of thin marks near 12:30 on the reverse explain the NGC designation. The peach-gold and aquamarine surfaces are moderately glossy and show no other mentionable marks.
