1799 $1 7x6 Stars, B-17, BB-164, R.2, Fine 15 PCGS. Bowers Die State II. Deep gunmetal-gray fields contrast with pearl-white high points. This Heraldic Eagle dollar has substantial hair and wing plumage definition. Both centers display a number of tiny ticks and the field near the chin is abraded.Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 6/2013), lot 3582, which realized $1,527.50.
