Red-Gold Accents, Partial Luster

1877-CC $20 AU50 NGC. Variety 3-A. The second 7 in the date is slightly right of center over the dentil below, and the second C in the mintmark is marginally higher than the first. A shallow diagonal mark on Liberty's cheek is the sole identifying abrasion on either side of this orange-gold Carson City product. The coin features remaining luster and reddish accents around well-detailed devices. An eye-appealing survivor from a mintage of only 42,565 coins.(Registry values: N1793)
