1924 Cent, MS67 Red
Tied for Finest Certified
1924 1C MS67 Red PCGS. A beautifully preserved,
Registry-quality Superb Gem, this radiant bronze-red 1924 Lincoln
cent displays vibrant mint luster and is remarkably free of
bothersome carbon spotting. A loupe reveals faint flow lines in the
fields, the product of a worn die, though the devices are
nonetheless well-defined, with notable definition seen around the O
in ONE. Full Red survivors of this issue can be found through the
MS66 grade level with little searching, but this coin is one of
only 10 specimens to receive an MS67 Red grade (eight at PCGS and
one at NGC).From The SLADGrubb Family Lincoln Collection.(Registry values: N991)
