Genuine. XF Details. Breen-1011, W-1785, High R.4. Though
designated as cleaned by PCGS, the stone-gray surfaces of this
scarce Chalmers variety will nonetheless appeal to many collectors.
Marks are minimal and the flan shows only minor imperfections.
Maryland silversmith John Chalmers struck a series of silver issues
to replace worn-out Spanish-American coinage in commerce. Listed on
