Rare Engrailed Edge Kentucky Token
MS64 Brown, W-8805
(1792-94) TOKEN Kentucky Token, Engrailed Edge MS64 Brown PCGS.
CAC. Breen-1162, W-8805, R.6. Diagonal reeding on the edge
distinguishes W-8805 from the comparatively common plain edge
W-8800. This Choice "cent" token retains its initial orange-gold
color within the legends and motifs but the fields and high points
are medium brown. One small spot to the right of the scroll. A
loupe reveals only minor obverse contact. Listed on page 75 of the
