1800, Draped Bust Half Dime, VF35
Popular V-1, LM-1 Variety
1800 H10C V-1, LM-1, R.3, VF35 PCGS. CAC. The 1800 Draped
Bust half dime claims a mintage of 40,000 pieces, with four die
varieties known for the date. This attractive Choice VF specimen
represents the V-1, LM-1 variety, with the large 8 in the date
configured from two small "o" punches. The left side of the drapery
shows some wear, but much interior detail remains intact in the
hair. The lightly abraded surfaces are blanketed in pleasing shades
