1798 $1 Large Eagle, Pointed 9, Four Berries, B-8, BB-125, R.2 -- Cleaning -- PCGS Genuine. VF Details. Bowers Die State V with a clashed obverse and a crack on the left (facing) wing not described in the Bowers early dollar reference, worthy of study by the devoted specialist. A slate-gray early type representative. The portrait displays a few wispy marks, and the left obverse field exhibits a vertical patch of hairlines.
