1802 $1 Narrow Date, B-6, BB-241, R.1, AU50 NGC. Bowers Die State III. B-6 receives a separate Guide Book listing as the sole "Narrow Normal Date" variety. Almond-gold and sky-gray tones emerge from this lightly toned and briefly circulated early dollar. Plentiful pockets of luster fill design crevices, and no abrasions are worthy of individual mention. Adjustment marks are faint and localized to 4:30 on the obverse.
