1876 50C PR64 Cameo PCGS. Seated half dollar proof output ballooned to 1,150 pieces in 1876, perhaps in anticipation of greater demand during the Centennial celebrations. This Choice Cameo proof exhibits stark field-device contrast with frosted centers and reflective mirrors framed by blushes of pale patina at the rims. Population: 16 in 64 (2 in 64+) Cameo, 18 finer (4/16).
