1892-O 50C MS64+ PCGS. First-year New Orleans Barber halves
(390,000 coins minted) are seldom seen in Uncirculated condition,
and Choice representatives comparable to this piece are very
scarce. The design features are typically struck with attractive
sea-green, cobalt-blue, and crimson toning that frames partly
brilliant, softly frosted centers. The fields are deeply prooflike.
