Description

1904-S Dollar, MS64
Bright, Semireflective Fields, CAC

1904-S $1 MS64 PCGS. CAC. The 1904-S is a scarce, semikey issue and a standout rarity in high grades among late-date Morgans. Much of the challenge of this issue derives not from a low mintage (2.3 million pieces struck) but because of the soft strike and poor luster seen on most surviving examples. This is a bright coin with semireflective fields. The central strike definition is a bit lacking, but certainly better than most surviving 1904-S dollars.
