1831 25C Small Letters, B-3, R.5 -- Improperly Cleaned -- NGC Details. Unc. Vibrant ocean-blue, orange-gold, and lime-green patina adorns moderately bright surfaces. Thorough rotation beneath a lens eventually reveals faint parallel hairlines, but the eye appeal is nonetheless pleasing. The second-rarest 1831 marriage.From The Virginia Cabinet.
