1913 25C PR67 Cameo PCGS. A sparkling Superb Gem with just a hint of golden patina across the lower third of the obverse and a pronounced cameo effect. The deeply mirrored fields are all but void of distracting marks or hairlines. One of 613 proofs struck in this much lower mintage year and, as one approaches the Superb category, the known population markedly thins out.
