Description

1890-CC GSA Dollar, MS62
Well-Preserved Reverse

1890-CC $1 GSA MS62 NGC. VAM-7. A repunched mintmark variety perhaps more easily identified by the die line within the D in DOLLAR. Mottled silver-gray toning visits this lustrous and moderately abraded representative. The 1890-CC is the highest-mintage Carson City dollar issue, but is nonetheless a better date in a GSA holder, since fewer pieces were saved in vaults. A GSA certificate and box are included.
