1802/1 B-6, BB-241 Narrow Date Dollar, XF40
Desirable and Original Patina

1802 $1 Narrow Date, B-6, BB-241, R.1, XF40 PCGS. Faint lilac overtones adorn steel-gray surfaces creating a desirable, original patina. An old ding by stars 8 and 9 is the only abrasion of note. This superlative example is housed in a Generation 3.1 green label holder. The two die marriages of non-overdated 1802 dollars are split into two categories: the present and common Narrow Date (BB-241), and the rare Wide Date (BB-242). Both are Guide Book varieties.
