1936 5C Type Two -- Brilliant Finish PR67 NGC. Although presenting an untoned appearance, a few subtle splashes of rose patina are noticed here and there. The mirrored brilliance is truly dazzling and the design elements are fully detailed. NGC has certified 20 numerically finer examples (11/18).Ex: FUN Signature (Heritage, 1/2005), lot 5959; PNG Invitational Signature (Heritage, 2-3/2015), lot 3540.
