1858 1C Small Letters MS65 PCGS. CAC. Low Leaves, Open E. A scarce reverse subtype. Well struck for a "fleagel" despite minor blending on the breast feathers. Lustrous and nearly mark-free with one pinpoint spot concealed on the front wing. A wire rim is noted on the upper right obverse. Population: 65 in 65, 9 finer (4/13).(Registry values: N2998)
