The PCGS Population Report shows 52 submissions of 1971-S 40% silver Eisenhower dollars have received the top grade of PR70 (1/16), and every one of those submissions are designated Deep Cameo. Like all the others, this piece has extraordinary mint frost on the devices within a frame of deeply mirrored fields.
