1855 C-1, B-1 Half Cent, PR64 Red and Brown
Sharp Proof Impression
1855 1/2 C PR65 Red and Brown PCGS. C-1, B-1, R.5. Struck
from the only known proof dies. This splendid Gem proof has mostly
light orange surfaces with some blue-brown patina on the devices
and rims. Both sides are well-preserved with only a few tiny spots.
The obverse has a couple noticeable lint marks as often seen on
proofs of this nature, one below the chin, the other above the hair
bun. Our EAC grade PR63. PCGS Population: (1/0). NGC Census: (2/0).
