1806/4 $2 1/2 8x5 Stars Good 4 PCGS. Breen-6122, BD-1, High R.4. From a minuscule mintage of 1,136 pieces, 1806/4 quarter eagles are seldom encountered in any grade. John Dannreuther estimates a surviving population of 75-90 examples. The present coin shows extensive wear on all surfaces, but the overdate is plainly readable. The devices remain strongly outlined, except for the right obverse stars. Population: 1 in 4, 30 finer (6/10).(Registry values: P6)
