Excess Metal Flow, PR64 Ultra Cameo
2006-W $50 One-Ounce Gold Buffalo -- Excess Metal Flow -- PR64
Ultra Cameo NGC. A tall shelf of pure gold rises from the
reverse rim near 4 o'clock, presumably due to an improperly aligned
collar die. Despite the errant flow of metal, the strike appears
full. Wispy pinscratches are noted near the top of the bison.
