Description

1936 50C Norfolk MS68 PCGS. CAC. Deep, rich amber, gold, and copper tones cover the obverse of this splendid Superb Gem Norfolk half dollar, while the reverse is more subdued but quite attractive, mostly untoned save for marginal rose accents. Both sides are essentially mark-free. As incredible as it may seem, PCGS has seen a single example in the MS69 grade, along with seven in MS68+ (10/12).(Registry values: N1793)
