Contrasted Orange-Gold Surfaces
1874 $3 AU58 Prooflike NGC. A few more than 3,000 1874 three
dollar gold pieces are certified at NGC. Barely more than 1% of
that population has been awarded a Prooflike designation. Deep
orange-gold color, glassy fields, and noticeably frosted devices
distinguish this AU58 Prooflike three dollar from most other
survivors. Hairlines over each side are often found on comparable
