1937 25C PR68 NGC. The second lowest proof mintage in the
series corresponds to the overall availability of the 1937. Only
the 1936 is rarer in high grades. This Superb Gem features a medley
of pastel blue, violet, orange, and green hues and a near-complete
lack of contact marks. Census: 17 in 68 (2 in 68 ★ ), 1
