Noe-34, Pellets at Trunk
1652 3PENCE Pine Tree Threepence VF30 PCGS. CAC. Noe-34, W-630,
Salmon 1-A, R.4. 17.3 gn. Pellets at trunk. A lavender-gray and
aquamarine example. A later die state with a break filling the
lower half of the E in MASATHVSETS. The obverse is misaligned
toward 12 o'clock, and the EN in ENGLAND is indistinct, both as
usual for Noe-34. The rocker press causes a wavy surface and small
areas with greater wear, but all of the date and denomination and
most of the tree is sharp. One slender mark noted beneath the tree.
